Thinqzo is a product studio in Chennai. We build, operate, and scale our own B2B software. Right now that means CredoStar, a platform for issuing and verifying digital certificates, and a customer success platform launching soon.

PRODUCTS.
We are not a services company. We do not build software for clients. Every product we make, we also operate and use. That means we feel the same friction our users feel, and we fix it the same week.
CredoStar started because we needed to issue verifiable certificates and every existing tool was overpriced or overcomplicated. The customer success platform started because we saw how post-sale customer management was being stitched together from five different tools.
When we say we build for real problems, we mean problems we have lived with ourselves.
We use what we ship
Every product gets used internally before it reaches a single customer. If we would not use it daily, we do not ship it.
We cut what nobody uses
Features that do not get used get removed. We would rather have a small product that works than a big product that collects dust.
We iterate weekly
Small releases, real feedback, fast fixes. CredoStar ships updates every week based on what actual users need.

Digital certificate platform for education and training.
Schools, universities, bootcamps, and training providers use CredoStar to create, issue, and verify certificates that follow the OpenBadges standard. Recipients get credentials anyone can verify. No more PDFs that can be faked.
Every time a recipient shares their certificate, the public page carries the issuer's branding, putting your next cohort in front of exactly the people who will want it. Built-in tracking shows which certificates are bringing in leads.
Customer Success
Post-sale customer lifecycle management.
A single system to manage what happens after you close a deal. Track onboarding progress, measure activation, spot churn risks early, and find expansion opportunities. Replaces the spreadsheet-and-Slack approach most teams use today.
